Zuchini bread

The zucchini bread is quick to prepare. It is a multifunctional recipe. Indeed, this zucchini bread can be served in thin slices at the entrance, in larger portions as a main course, accompanied by a salad and fried potatoes, or be prepared in zucchini cake to cut for a cocktail or a dinner aperitif.

  • 1.   Peel some zucchini (depending on size), cut into small cubes, then return to olive oil 20 to 25 minutes with minced garlic, salt, pepper and basil.
  • 2.   On the other hand, beat four eggs vigorously, then add the cream and bread crumbs. Mix with zucchini.
  • 3.   Bake for about 45 minutes in medium oven, in a buttered cake tin and lined with courgettes slices.
  • 4.   Serve warm or cold.

Les ingrédients donne 1 œuf mais la recette en indique 4? Il y a une échalote de prévue mais pas d'instructions la concernant: je suppose qu'il fait la mettre avec l'ail? C'est de la semoule, de la chapelure ou l'un ou l'autre indifféremment ? À quel moment mettre le fromage? La recette est bien tentante par ailleurs.
