Instructions

  • 1.   Spread the tomato sauce on the dough.
  • 2.   Rinse the spinach sprouts and drain them. Heat a large skillet and melt 30 grams of butter. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then add the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and simmer over high heat until all the water has evaporated. Drain and set aside.
  • 3.   Cut the mozzarella into pieces and distribute them on the dough.
  • 4.   Add the spinach between the pieces.
  • 5.   Bake at 220°C (425°F) for about 15 minutes.
