Instructions

  • 1.   Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
  • 2.   Rinse the spinach sprouts and drain them. Put a large frying pan in a fire and melt 30 grams of butter. Add the garlic and sweat for 1 minute, then stir in the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and let simmer on high heat until the water is completely evaporated. Drain and reserve.
  • 3.   Cut the mozzarella into pieces and spread it over the dough.
  • 4.   Add the spinach between the pieces.
  • 5.   Bake at 220 ° (thermostat 7-8) for about 15 minutes.
