Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • 2.   Add a little milk to keep the omelette moist.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper (lightly for children!).
  • 4.   Cut the Kiri squares into quarters.
  • 5.   Melt a knob of butter in a pan and add the egg and milk mixture.
  • 6.   Immediately sprinkle the omelette with the pieces of Kiri and let them melt slowly, the eggs will also cook slowly thanks to the milk incorporated in the mixture.
  • 7.   Serve hot!
