Mushroom Tagliatelle

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the washed and dried mushrooms into thin slices.
  • 2.   Heat olive oil in a wok or sauté pan and sauté the mushrooms for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • 3.   Towards the end of cooking, add crushed garlic and sauté for 1 minute with the mushrooms.
  • 4.   Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, don't forget to season, and turn off the heat while the pasta is cooking.
  • 5.   Cook the pasta in salted boiling water while waiting.
  • 6.   Add the drained pasta to the mushroom cream sauce.
  • 7.   Allow the sauce to absorb well while stirring.
  • 8.   Serve in a warm dish.

  • 300 g of tagliatelle
  • 250 g of button mushroom
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 20 cl of heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g of grated parmesan
