1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.
4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, cut into pieces, to the mixture. If you bought them in oil, reduce the amount of olive oil in the cake. Also add the grated gruyère cheese, parmesan cheese, diced goat cheese, and finely chopped basil.
5. Mix well and pour into a silicone cake mold or mini cake molds. Bake for about 20 minutes.
