Zucchini and Feta Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix milk, cream, and egg in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Sauté the zucchini slices in olive oil in a frying pan.
  • 3.   Roll out the pastry in a dish and place the zucchini on top. Sprinkle the feta cheese, cut into pieces, over the zucchini, then sprinkle with oregano (1 tablespoon).
  • 4.   Pour the mixture over the tart. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6/7).

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can use shortcrust pastry instead of puff pastry.
    You can add a few slices of tomatoes.
