Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into very thin slices, set them aside.
  • 2.   Roughly chop the leeks, onions, and shallot.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 4.   In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil. Sauté the leeks, onions, and shallot. Cook until the leeks start to become translucent. Add the ginger and soy sauce.
  • 5.   Prepare your crumble mixture: in a bowl, mix all the ingredients: sesame paste + breadcrumbs.
  • 6.   Put the raw chicken and leek mixture in ramekins or a gratin dish, then sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  • 7.   Bake for 15 minutes at 220°C (425°F).
