Chocolate Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Step 2
    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (without butter or anything else).
    Step 3
    Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients (starting with the yeast and flour, otherwise they won't mix well).
    Step 4
    Add the melted chocolate.
    Step 5
    Grease a cake pan and pour in the batter.
    Step 6
    Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F), then 15 minutes at 150°C (300°F).
    Step 7
    The cooking time may vary depending on the oven. Mine heats up a lot...
    Step 8
    Check the doneness: it should be cooked on top and moist inside.
