Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
    Once boiling, pour the water over the couscous and let it swell.
    Chop the parsley.
    Dice the tomato and bell peppers into small pieces.
    Peel the shrimp.
    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
    Season with lemon juice.
    Serve very chilled.
