Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and sauté them in the butter.
  • 2.   Add the tomatoes cut into quarters, salt, garlic, and curry.
  • 3.   Let it simmer and remove the tomato skins as soon as they come off.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
  • 5.   5 minutes before the chicken is done cooking, add the green beans cut into pieces.
  • 6.   On a plate, add the rice and place the chicken and vegetables in the center.
  • 7.   Serve hot.
