New Potato Salad with Crab, Pineapple, and Grapefruit

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the new potatoes and place them in a pot of salted cold water.
  • 2.   Cook for about 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, peel the grapefruit and cut it into small segments.
    Cut the pineapple into large pieces.
  • 4.   Once the potatoes are cooked (check with the tip of a knife), cut them into pieces.
    Mix them while still warm with the grapefruit and pineapple.
  • 5.   Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Chop the basil and add it to the salad along with the crab.
