Instructions
1. Wash the new potatoes and place them in a pot of salted cold water.
2. Cook for about 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, peel the grapefruit and cut it into small segments.
Cut the pineapple into large pieces.
4. Once the potatoes are cooked (check with the tip of a knife), cut them into pieces.
Mix them while still warm with the grapefruit and pineapple.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
6. Chop the basil and add it to the salad along with the crab.
