Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the ravioli in salted boiling water according to the cooking time indicated on the package. They should be "al dente". Drain them and let them cool. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  • 2.   Wash the radishes and slice them. Cut the Gouda into small cubes. Finely chop the chives. In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt, mustard, half of the finely chopped chives, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, mix the ravioli, cucumber, Gouda, radish, and the other half of the chives.
  • 4.   Serve with the sauce on the side and enjoy your pasta salad immediately.
