Instructions

  • 1.   Before starting to prepare your crustless bacon quiche, remember to anticipate the cooking time. To do this, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 2.   Sauté the bacon in a large skillet until well cooked and slightly browned. If your bacon releases a lot of juice, remember to drain it as you go, which will facilitate browning.
  • 3.   In a large bowl, mix the eggs, flour, and milk. Then add salt and pepper to your liking and mix again to obtain a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
  • 4.   Grease a pie dish or use a silicone mold that does not need to be greased and line it with the bacon and grated cheese, covering the entire bottom. Pour the mixture from the bowl over them and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 5.   Remove your crustless bacon quiche from the oven and serve it hot with a green salad.
