Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Wash and prick the potatoes with a fork. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place them in an ovenproof dish. Let them cook for one hour.
  • 3.   Remove the aluminum foil from the potatoes without burning yourself (you can run them under cold water).
  • 4.   Cut each potato in half and let 1 teaspoon of sour cream flow into the middle of each one. Cut the slices of ham in half. Arrange 2 halves per potato, crumpling them and arranging them nicely.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper and serve.
