Tuna Penne with Yogurt and Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 425°F (210°C).
  • 2.   Cook the pasta for 11 minutes, drain them, and cool them under cold water.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the flaked tuna, chopped onion, yogurt, tomato paste, season to taste, add the pasta, and stir.
  • 4.   Put everything in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with gruyere cheese and a few small pieces of butter, and bake for 20 minutes.
