Instructions

  • 1.   Place lentils, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, feta cheese, olives, and parsley in a salad bowl. In a dressing container, add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Shake well to mix. Pour the dressing over the salad! Enjoy!

  • 400 g of dry lentil
  • ½ zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoon of red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 70 g of feta
  • 8 pitted black olives
  • 1.5 tablespoon of fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)

    Hello, I'm a bit confused, when you say "dried lentils" isn't it rather canned lentils? Because if that's the case, there's no 5 minutes of preparation and 0 cooking time. Same goes for the zucchini, should it be eaten raw? I'll do what seems logical to me, I'll be back when it's done.
