Smoked salmon, tomato, and cream cheese wrap

It's super delicious and perfect when it's hot like right now! We loved it!! To serve as an appetizer, cut pieces of about 3 cm and arrange them on a serving plate. Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, fresh cheese, shallot, chives (or dill), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 2.   Place 1 tortilla on the work surface. Spread the tortilla with the cream cheese mixture, add the smoked salmon. Place lettuce along the middle lengthwise, as well as tomatoes.
  • 3.   Roll the wrap tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap. It should form a cylinder. Chill until ready to serve.
  • 4.   Cut the wrap in half and serve.
