Forest Pasta (gluten-free and dairy-free)

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
  • 2.   Peel the mushrooms and slice them (thickness according to taste).
  • 3.   (eco-friendly version: boil the pasta cooking water in a kettle). Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
  • 4.   Sauté the chicken cubes and mushrooms in a hot pan.
  • 5.   When the chicken and mushrooms are cooked, set them aside and deglaze the pan with rice cream.
  • 6.   Drain the pasta.
  • 7.   In the pan, mix the pasta, chicken, mushrooms, and cream together.

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 200 g of button mushroom
  • 20 cl of cream rice cuisine
  • 200 g of shells GLUTEN FREE
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
