Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and dice the zucchini, crush the peeled garlic.
  • 2.   Sauté them with the bacon in a little olive oil in a pan. Season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, so that the zucchini remains light and crispy.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 4.   Mix the egg yolk with the cream. Fill the bottom of a gratin dish with the zucchini and bacon mixture, then cover with the egg cream.
  • 5.   Place slices of goat cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes.
