Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and lemon juice.
  • 2.   Finely chop the chives, previously rinsed and dried.
  • 3.   Place the herbs in the bowl, add a twist of pepper mill and lightly salt.
  • 4.   Peel the black radish and cut it into very thin slices using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  • 5.   Quickly warm the galettes in a pan, then spread them with cream cheese. Cover with a few slices of black radish and some shredded smoked salmon. Roll up the galettes and cut them into bites. Serve immediately with grated raw vegetables or a green salad.
