Instructions

  • 1.   Peel, wash, and grate the potatoes and carrots. In a saucepan, cook the fish in court bouillon according to the instructions. Drain and flake with a fork.
    In a bowl, mix the flaked fish, grated potatoes and carrots, eggs, and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
    In a hot pan with a tablespoon of oil, make 4 potato patties by spreading them with a tablespoon. Cook them for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat, then 2 minutes over low heat.
    Repeat the process and serve immediately.
