Chinese cabbage lasagna with cottage cheese and goat cheese

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • 2.   Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
  • 3.   Clean the Chinese cabbage.
  • 4.   Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the cabbage for 5 minutes.
  • 5.   Once cooked, rinse it under cold water and drain it.
  • 6.   Mix the ground beef, tomato pieces, and goat cottage cheese.
  • 7.   Season with salt and pepper.
  • 8.   Butter an ovenproof dish.
  • 9.   Layer the lasagna sheets, cabbage, and meat in the dish, repeating the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cabbage.
  • 10.   Bake for 30 minutes.

  • 1 goat cheese
  • 250 g of cottage cheese

  • pepper (according to taste)
