1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

4. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the cabbage for 5 minutes.
5. Once cooked, rinse it under cold water and drain it.
6. Mix the ground beef, tomato pieces, and goat cottage cheese.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Butter an ovenproof dish.
9. Layer the lasagna sheets, cabbage, and meat in the dish, repeating the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cabbage.
10. Bake for 30 minutes.
