Oatmeal pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   In the blender bowl, add the oats, whole egg, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Pour in the milk and blend for 20 seconds. Add a little more milk if the mixture seems thick.
  • 2.   In a pan, over medium heat, pour a small ladleful of the mixture; cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

  • 190 g of almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoon of baking powder
