Instructions

  • 1.   For the mayonnaise, all the ingredients should be at room temperature. In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, the mustard, and the vinegar or lemon juice.
    Whisk continuously while slowly pouring in the oil.
    The mayonnaise should gradually thicken.
  • 2.   For the cocktail sauce
    Mix all the ingredients with 250 g of mayonnaise and the cocktail sauce is ready.

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • Pour la sauce cocktail :
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of Cognac
  • 1 teaspoon of tabasco
