Instructions

  • 1.   Unroll the pastry in a tart pan, prick it with a fork, and pre-bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Heat the milk until warm. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, almonds, and eggs. Gradually whisk in the warm milk and return to low heat.
  • 3.   Cook the cream while stirring constantly. Remove from heat when the cream has thickened.
  • 4.   Peel the peaches and cut them into 8 slices.
  • 5.   Fill the tart shell with the pastry cream and arrange the peach slices on top.
  • 6.   Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  • 1 peach in syrup (canned)
  • 50 g of almond powder
  • ½ liter of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 75 g of flour
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
