Goat Cheese and Smoked Salmon Galette

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the crepes one by one over low heat, in a hot non-stick pan that has been previously buttered.
  • 2.   Then place a slice of smoked salmon, a good teaspoon of fresh cream, chopped chives, and freshly ground pepper. Fold the edges towards the center and place slices of goat cheese on top.
  • 3.   Let it cook for one to two minutes.
  • 4.   Enjoy.

  • 1 small chives
  • 9 buckwheat pancakes
