Green Asparagus and Ham Omelette

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the stems from the asparagus and wash them.
  • 2.   On a cutting board, cut them into pieces about 2 cm long.
  • 3.   Slice the ham into strips.
  • 4.   Crack the eggs into a bowl. Beat them to make an omelette.
  • 5.   Season them with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence.
  • 6.   Add the asparagus and ham to the eggs, then mix everything well.
  • 7.   Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
  • 8.   Pour the mixture into the hot oil and stir with a spatula.
  • 9.   Let it cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
  • 10.   During cooking, flip the omelette to cook for another 4 minutes.
