Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the shrimp.
  • 2.   Prepare the vegetables: wash the cherry tomatoes. Wash and finely chop the basil. Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends. Cut them into thin strips, without peeling them. (using a peeler if necessary)
  • 3.   In a large bowl, pour the lemon juice, add the mustard, emulsify. Then pour the olive oil while emulsifying. Add the cottage cheese while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add the zucchini strips, shrimp, and basil. Mix well and refrigerate.
  • 4.   Serve with cherry tomatoes, it's ready!
