Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the squash in half lengthwise. Remove all the seeds inside. With the tip of a knife, score the squash in a cross pattern without piercing the skin. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with cumin, hazelnuts, and rosemary.
  • 2.   Place the squash in a preheated ovenproof dish at 180°C. Pour white wine into the bottom of the dish (if all the wine evaporates, add a little water so that the squash doesn't burn). Cook for 30 minutes. Remove the dish and drizzle with oil again so that it penetrates the squash well.
  • 3.   Cook again for 30 minutes, heat a pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Meanwhile, dice the goat cheese.
  • 4.   Mix the crispy bacon with the crumbled goat cheese to form a creamy and flavorful filling.
  • 5.   When the squash is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Fill each half of the squash with the mixture, pressing lightly to evenly distribute the filling. Return the dish to the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Enjoy immediately with a delicious crispy lettuce salad.
