Bruschetta (Italy)

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the tomatoes into small dice after removing the green part at the top, put them in a small bowl with good olive oil and salt.
  • 2.   Grill the slices of country bread, then rub them with garlic.
  • 3.   Generously spread the tomato/olive oil mixture on the bread, to be enjoyed immediately (warm).

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt (according to taste)
