Chicken ballotine with vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1:
  • 2.   Cut your vegetables into small cubes. Sauté the onions in olive oil, add the vegetables, coconut milk, turmeric, ginger, salt, pepper, and a hint of curry.
  • 3.   Step 2:
  • 4.   Place strips of plastic wrap and sprinkle salt, pepper, herbes de Provence, parsley, and powdered garlic on top. Place your chicken fillets on the wrap and add vegetables on top of the chicken. Roll them into sausages, remove the air, and roll them again with more plastic wrap.
  • 5.   Step 3:
  • 6.   Boil water and place your chicken ballotines in it, let them cook for about fifteen minutes. At the same time, cook the rice pilaf or creole style. Then add the petit suisse cheese to the vegetable juice and let the remaining vegetables simmer for 5 minutes.
