Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1:
  • 2.   If possible, leave the slices of brioche out in the open air the night before.
  • 3.   Step 2:
  • 4.   In the morning, beat the eggs with 40g of sugar. In a bowl, mix the milk and vanilla sugar.
  • 5.   Step 3:
  • 6.   Heat a little butter in a pan. Dip the slices of brioche first in the vanilla milk, then in the egg-sugar mixture. Fry the slices of brioche in the pan.
  • 7.   Step 4:
  • 8.   Serve with some raspberries and a little cream.
