Light Cheesecake

Delicious sugar-free cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  • 2.   In a large bowl, combine the cheeses for the cake with the eggs, milk, baking powder, and lemon zest. Mix with a spatula or a mixer.
  • 3.   Grease a springform pan generously or line it with parchment paper.
  • 4.   Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes. After 20 minutes, cover with aluminum foil to prevent the cake from browning.
  • 5.   For the sauce, put the blueberries or red berries in a saucepan. Add a little water and cook until the water evaporates. If needed, add a little stevia or other sweetener.
  • 6.   Let the cake cool completely, then serve it with the sauce.

  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 ml of milk
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ lemons
  • 50 g of blueberry
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia
