Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 2.   Beat the eggs with the sugar.
  • 3.   Add the flour, milk, and a little vanilla extract.
  • 4.   Place the fruits in a greased dish.
  • 5.   Pour the egg-sugar-milk mixture over the fruits.
  • 6.   Bake for 50 minutes, checking the cooking process and placing aluminum foil under the dish.

Notes & Suggestions

  • It is possible to use frozen fruits, but if using fruits with high water content like raspberries, thaw them beforehand to facilitate cooking.
