Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse cherry tomatoes and chives. Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2.
  • 2.   Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and brown the cherry tomatoes about ten minutes.
  • 3.   Break the eggs into the pan while mixing. Season with salt and pepper, add the fresh cream and cook, mixing constantly until you get the desired cooking.
  • 4.   Chop the chives on the eggs and serve immediately.
