Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the cherry tomatoes and chives. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 2.   Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and sauté the cherry tomatoes for about ten minutes.
  • 3.   Crack the eggs into the pan while stirring. Season with salt and pepper, add the heavy cream, and cook while stirring constantly until desired doneness is achieved.
  • 4.   Sprinkle the chives over the eggs and serve immediately.
