Cheesecake with White Cheese and Pears

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the sugar with the yolks.
  • 3.   Incorporate the white cheese, flour, and baking powder.
  • 4.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add them to the mixture.
  • 5.   Arrange pear slices (5 slices) at the bottom of a small cake pan. Pour the mixture over them.
  • 6.   Bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from the pan and let the cake cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Mix it up by replacing the pears with peaches or apricots in syrup!
