Instructions

  • 1.   Chop very thin onions and shallots.
  • 2.   Place the cleaned mussels in a pot. Add onions and shallots, butter, pepper and crushed garlic clove.
  • 3.   Place celery stalks and parsley on top. Add the white wine and a little water if necessary.
  • 4.   Cook, stirring until the mussels are open.
  • 5.   Cook the fries.
