Leek tart with nutmeg
Quick and easy leek tart recipe, perfect for a large group

Instructions

. Sauté the leeks in a little oil until they are almost cooked.

. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.

. Prepare the filling:
eggs, heavy cream, milk, nutmeg
season with salt and pepper

. Place the sautéed leeks in the crust, then pour the filling over them, followed by grated comté cheese. Sprinkle with a little more nutmeg.

. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
Notes & Suggestions
You can add small tomatoes cut in half and goat cheese on top.
