Instructions

  • 1.   Remove and discard the outer leaves of the endives, then cut them in half lengthwise.
    Arrange them in a dish and cut into pieces.
  • 2.   Dice the apples (peeled) and the Emmental cheese.
    Place them on top of the endives.
  • 3.   For the dressing:
    Put the mustard in a bowl, then add the yogurt (or oil) and whisk with a fork.
    Mix in the vinegar, season with salt and pepper.

  • Vinaigrette :
  • 2 tablespoon of yogurt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
