Instructions

  • 1.   Remove and discard the first endive leaves and cut in half lengthways. Arrange them in a dish and cut into pieces.
  • 2.   Dice apples (peeled) and emmental. Place on the chicory.
  • 3.   For the sauce: Put the mustard in a bowl, then put the yogurt (or oil) and beat with a fork. Mix in the vinegar, salt and pepper.
