Start your day with these banana pancakes Take a ripe banana to crush it more easily. Pour a fillet of maple syrup and cut a few slices of banana to accompany your breakfast. If you are not a lover of banana, you can replace it with applesauce!

Instructions

  • 1.   BANCAKES (for 1 to 2 people):
  • 2.   Mix the flour and yeast. Beat the eggs and add to the previous mixture.
  • 3.   Heat the milk slightly, then add it to the mixture with the cream and the crushed banana. Mix well until you have a smooth paste.
  • 4.   Cook the pancakes in a small non-stick pan (with a little coconut oil if necessary)
