Yogurt Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F)
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients together, sifting the flour and baking powder. Add the baking powder last.
  • 3.   Blend the hazelnuts to turn them into powder.
  • 4.   Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 °C (392 °F).

Notes & Suggestions

  • Optional additions: orange zest, lemon zest, canned fruit, melted chocolate, or Van Houtten chocolate.

  • 1 plain yogurt
  • ½ rapeseed oils
  • 2 powdered sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 3 flours
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 50 g of crushed hazelnut
