Yogurt Cake

Instructions

. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F)

. Mix all the ingredients together, sifting the flour and baking powder. Add the baking powder last.

. Blend the hazelnuts to turn them into powder.

. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 °C (392 °F).
Notes & Suggestions
Optional additions: orange zest, lemon zest, canned fruit, melted chocolate, or Van Houtten chocolate.
