Veal escalope with cream (without cow's milk)

  • 1.   Cook the rice.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the mushrooms.
  • 3.   Sauté them in a hot and oiled pan.
  • 4.   Add the veal escalopes.
  • 5.   When the escalopes are cooked, set aside the mushrooms and escalopes.
  • 6.   Deglaze the pan with the cream, then add the mushrooms.
  • 7.   In a dish, place the rice at the bottom, then the escalopes, and cover with the cream.
