  • 1.   Cut the vegetables into triangles
    Drizzle with a little olive oil
    Squeeze the lemon
    Season with salt and pepper
    Add some flat-leaf parsley

    A classic of Mediterranean cuisine. Very refreshing. Without egg for me and with yellow lemon instead of lime and a little red onion if I have it on hand.
