Fried noodles with chicken (9.57 / 38.13)

This recipe for Chinese noodles with chicken and soy sauce is very easy to make and really unbeatable. For Asian cuisine, to vary the pleasures and let the taste buds of your tribe travel, nothing better than this fat-free recipe! However, if it is quick to make, it still requires a night's rest in order to marinate your chicken meat (and thus offer your dish more marked flavors). So you will have to anticipate and get started the day before if you want to serve these Chinese noodles with chicken and soy sauce to your little world!

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare your chicken marinade the day before. On a kitchen board, slice the chicken into thin strips. Peel and chop the onions. Peel and chop the garlic. Put the chicken pieces, onions and garlic in a dish. Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce. Keep covered and keep cool overnight.
  • 2.   The next day, place a sauté pan on the fire. Cook your chicken and its marinade for 15 min over medium heat. At the same time, cook your Chinese noodles in a pot of boiling salted water for 10 min.
  • 3.   Once your chicken is cooked, drain the cooked noodles using a colander and add them to the chicken. Mix well so that the noodles are well mixed with the chicken and the pieces of cooked garlic and onions. Serve hot.
