Stir-Fried Chicken Noodles

This recipe for Chinese chicken noodles with soy sauce is very easy to make and foolproof. For an Asian cuisine, to vary the pleasures and make your taste buds travel, nothing better than this recipe without fat! However, although it is quick to make, it requires an overnight marinade for the chicken (and thus offer your dish more pronounced flavors). So you will need to anticipate and start the day before if you want to serve these Chinese chicken noodles with soy sauce to your loved ones!

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare your chicken marinade the day before. On a cutting board, slice the chicken into thin strips. Peel and slice the onions. Peel and chop the garlic. In a dish, put the chicken pieces, onions, and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce. Cover and keep refrigerated until the next day.
  • 2.   The next day, place a sauté pan on the heat. Cook the chicken and its marinade over medium heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook your Chinese noodles in a pot of boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Once your chicken is cooked, drain the cooked noodles using a strainer and add them to the chicken. Mix everything well to combine the noodles with the cooked chicken, garlic, and onion pieces. Serve hot.

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
