Instructions

  • 1.   Blanch the celery root in salted boiling water for 6 minutes or until tender. Remove the celery root, peel it, and cut it into thin julienne strips.
  • 2.   Place the celery root in a bowl with the other ingredients. Mix well and adjust the seasoning.
  • 3.   Serve on a salad of your choice (lettuce, lamb's lettuce, endive, etc.) and accompany with Italian salami, according to your taste.
