Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the leeks in half and then into sections. Wash thoroughly.
  • 2.   Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the leeks, mix, cover, and cook over very low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3.   At this point, add the lemon juice, mustard, and cream to the leeks, lightly salt, pepper, and mix well.
  • 4.   Cover and let cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.

  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
