Instructions

  • 1.   Peel, wash, and thinly slice the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) Th.6.
  • 2.   Put the milk, cream, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and butter in the bowl, equipped with the mixer. Set for 15 minutes at 100°C (212°F), speed 3. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • 3.   Spread the potato slices in a buttered gratin dish.
  • 4.   Bake for 60 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
