Chocolate Cream with Thermomix

Instructions

  • 1.   In the Thermomix bowl, put the chopped chocolate and blend for 10 seconds on turbo function.
  • 2.   Insert the whisk into the bowl and add the milk, sugar, cornstarch, eggs, and cocoa. Set the Thermomix to 90°C for 14 minutes at speed 3.
  • 3.   Remove the whisk and add the fresh cream. Blend for 30 seconds at speed 4.
  • 4.   Transfer to individual containers and let it cool.

  • 60 g of thick sour cream
