Anette's Pear Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • 2.   Beat together the eggs, sugar, and flour.
  • 3.   Add the peeled and sliced pears (save some for decoration).
  • 4.   Add the sifted flour and sifted baking powder.
  • 5.   Add the flavor of your choice (rum, vanilla...).
  • 6.   Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan, then finish with a row of pears on top.
  • 7.   Bake for 50 minutes.
