Hazelnut Chocolate Muffins.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210 °C (410 °F).
  • 2.   Grease and flour the muffin molds.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and hazelnut powder. Then add the egg, milk, and oil one by one until you obtain a smooth and creamy batter.
  • 4.   Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
  • 5.   Pour the batter into the molds, filling them only three-quarters full to prevent overflowing during baking.
  • 6.   Bake for about 20 minutes at 175 °C (350 °F).

  • 10 cl of peanut oil
